The experience needs to work for players, people waiting, and visitors passing by. We will discuss the queue, session format, spectator space, and your event schedule before selecting a setup. Attendance alone does not establish how many people can play; session length and operating conditions matter.
Explain how your event is funded and how you want visitors to participate. Organizer-funded access and public pay-to-play arrangements need different planning and commercial terms. XRVR will confirm the agreed model in the quote rather than assume that every event uses the same package.
Indoor arenas need clear floor space and room around the activity. Outdoor setups also need an agreed weather plan, suitable ground, and safe equipment access. The mobile trailer has a 26 × 8.5 foot body and requires a 35 × 20 foot operating footprint. Final placement must be confirmed with the venue.

We plan rotations around the selected games, active player count, session length, staffing, and operating hours. A throughput estimate needs those details; it is not a fixed promise for every event.
XRVR is based in Rock Hill and focuses on East Coast events. Travel is quoted for the specific location and schedule. Ask about your event even if it is outside the Carolinas.
